HOLIDAY SHIPPING ADVISORY
Christmas is just around the corner and we all know that on these dates, most couriers and postal services work around the clock to deliver gifts and Christmas parcels. However, since this is a time of the year when logistics services are in extremely high demand, most shipping companies will prioritize delivering the parcels they already have instead of performing collections.
With this being said, please take into consideration that we might not be able to guarantee delivery in a timely manner.
And so, we strongly recommend you place your order before December 5 to guarantee a pre-holiday delivery.
We ship all our domestic and international orders directly from The United States from our main fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado.
Order Processing/Shipping Time
We ship all orders Monday through Saturday within 24-36 hours after the order is placed. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
With standard shipping, domestic orders usually take 7-15 business days to be delivered, and International orders can take around 15-30 business days depending on the country of arrival. This is just an estimated timeframe but it is also possible that it may take within 30-45 business days for the order to be delivered. This is to give room for any kind of shipping delays.
We constantly try to improve our processing and shipping methods to ensure fast and reliable shipping for all our customers, and we have taken steps to secure the delivery of your package in all situations.
In any case that our system doesn't recognize your address, we will contact you via email to verify the shipping address. If no response within 5 days after the initial contact, we will make a follow-up after 5 days and then another 5 days for the final attempt. If we still do not receive any response after the 14th day from the initial contact, we will cancel and refund the order minus a $5.00 admin cost.
Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
For reshipment, the buyer will need to pay the postage fee.
Due to the pandemic, couriers all over the world have slowed down to ensure the safety of employees and customers. This has impacted shipping times as to maintain social distancing, they are understaffed. We humbly ask for your patience as your order might take a little longer than expected, but rest assured, you will receive it.
*Shipping to customers outside the USA may incur a customs fee which the customer is responsible for.
